Terms of Service

Effective date: August 20, 2026

These Terms govern use of Ambit, a PivotPointAI product that provides a federated interface over user-authorized Google services and compatible agent hosts.

User authorization

You may connect only accounts and data sources you are authorized to access. You are responsible for maintaining control of your Google accounts and for reviewing the permissions you grant.

Service behavior

Ambit may search, retrieve, summarize, or prepare actions based on connected data. Results may include automated interpretations and should be reviewed when consequential. Ambit preserves source-account context so users can verify where information originated.

Email boundary

Ambit is intentionally designed without an email-send action. It may create Gmail drafts where authorized, but external email remains under the user's control.

Calendar and Drive actions

Where supported and authorized, Ambit may create, update, or delete calendar events and perform approved Drive file actions. Such actions are tied to an explicitly selected source account and object and may require confirmation or a secure handoff to another Ambit interface depending on the host's capabilities.

Availability

Ambit depends on Google APIs, authentication services, hosting infrastructure, and supported agent hosts. Availability and functionality may change when those providers change their services or policies.

Acceptable use

You may not use Ambit to access data without authorization, interfere with the service, evade platform security controls, or use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party terms.

Changes

These Terms may be updated as Ambit evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date or other appropriate notice.
